We offer free shipping on all orders over €100.
For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €10 applies.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. (This email may take between 5 to 7 business days to be sent.)

If you do not find the email, please visit our order tracking page, where you can enter your order number and the email address used at checkout. If your tracking number is already available, it will be displayed

The average delivery time for orders is as follows:

  • Footwear: 2 business days for processing and 7 to 15 business days for delivery

  • Clothing & Accessories: 2 business days for processing and 12 to 19 business days for delivery

Our orders are delivered by the major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, GlS, and EMS who work with local couriers – allowing us to ship direct to your door a world-wide shipping.

You will receive your tracking number 5 to 7 days after your order has been placed.

The return or exchange process is simple! You have 14 days to try your item, and you may request a return or exchange if you find any type of defect in the product.

We cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges if they are due to a defect or any other error on our part.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and without any signs of use.
